Salary and Benefits

E&J adopts a comprehensive pay structure to ensure that it reflects the intellectuality and hard work of every employee fairly. Taking into account base salary, benefits package and incentives, the pay system at E&J breaks down into three key categories each followed by its own evaluative standards.


Salary Structure

Base Salary: A competitive salary that's commensurate with market standard and job requirements and it's subject to annual adjustments by reviewing the employee's performance and own merits.

Performance-based Bonus£ºA year-end bonus upon a thorough evaluation of the employee's year-round performance.

Guaranteed Benefits Package:Five insurance policies including: endowment, medical, unemployment, injury, and maternity. Furthermore, E&J offers one housing fund, as well as other mandated benefits in accordance with state regulations.

Equity Options: A stock-sharing plan to key employees allowing for additional financial returns from the company's long-term success.
